How do I track my order?
Each order has a consignment number with which it travels to the designated delivery point. If you have registered with our site as a user in the menu panel is added, you can easily check the status of your order as well as track the shipment, see the tracking number and the courier company.

I got my camera but it doesn't work?

I changed the SD card and the camera does not work?
Most likely the card is not formatted. The most important thing when inserting or replacing a card is to be formatted once on the hunting camera itself and a second time on a computer. Each camera has an option on the menu. This is the first thing you need to do before you start using the device.
Why are the night mode photos very dark?
The batteries may need to be replaced. Always check the battery indicator as it gives information about their status. The weaker the batteries, the darker the photo will be. Weak batteries also reduce the range of action of the camera.
How do I view pictures from a hunting camera that doesn't have a built-in display?
The easiest way is to view them on a computer, with each the camera is provided with a computer connection cable. If you want to view them on the spot without saving them, there are several ways:
- by using a mobile phone and an SD card reader, as 90% of hunting cameras use an SD card,
and mobile devices with mini SD cards, here you can see what adapter you can use;
- via a tablet that comes with a memory card reader;
- you can use a digital camera by inserting the card and viewing the photos on the camera display;
- you can also use a laptop;
It is important to note that to view pictures on your phone you need to purchase a mini memory card with an adapter. This adapter is required to fit the mini-card into the camera trap. Check out the photo below for clarity.
I started the camera but it does not send MMS (multimedia message) either to my phone or to my e-mail. What to do?
First: Make sure you have removed the PIN-code on the SIM card. Remove it by inserting the SIM card into your mobile phone and turning it off in the corresponding settings menu.
Second: You need to enter the correct MMS settings of the mobile operator in the hunting camera with MMS features. The MMS settings for each camera are entered differently. Different mobile operators have different MMS settings. Contact us for more information on specific MMS settings.
Third: Make sure the mobile phone on which you want to receive MMS is configured. The easiest way is to send MMS from another phone to the number to which you want to receive MMS messages from the hunting camera. If you do not receive an MMS after sending, the receiving phone is not configured correctly. To be configured, you need to call the relevant mobile operator and ask for automatic MMS settings for the respective phone to be sent to you. Once sent to you, you must save them be sure to turn off and, on your phone, again.
If you have done the above, you have a configured phone that can receive MMS messages.
Fourth: If you do not receive MMS to your e-mail then check the SPAM filter of the e-mail. If you still do not receive MMS, change the e-mail address if you have another one.
My camera sends MMS for a few days and then stops. On verification, I find that the camera records the photos on the SD card but did not send them to me as MMS. What to do?
The camera's battery or battery is depleted, but not completely. When the camera sends MMS, it needs more power. If the capacity of the battery or battery is low, the camera sends a small number of MMS and then continues to work with the rest of the battery and record only on the SD card.

Check that the warranty card, valid from 6 months to 3 years is valid for the product and purchased by a natural or legal person. If you have received a certificate from Forrestkam Ltd. you must complete the Product Repair Form for it to be picked up by courier and delivered to our repair shop.
Can I bring the product for repair personally?
Items that require repair will only be shipped via our couriers.
I am not satisfied with the product. How do I proceed to get it back?
Check that the product is fit for return and then fill in the Return Form, but no later than 30 calendar days after delivery. The product must be returned in the same condition as it was delivered.
I did not receive an invoice. What should I do to be provided with me?
Call one of the listed phones on the site by contacting our associate. He will check your details and the invoice will be sent to the address you specified.
How can I check if a product can be returned within 30 days?
The product may be returned if it is in the same condition as it was shipped (no scratches, damage, incomplete set of accessories, damaged packaging/box, electric shocks) and is not part of the exceptions listed here.
I gave the wrong invoice details. I want an invoice for a legal entity (company), how do I proceed?
