They govern the relations between the trader and the users of the e-shop, including the terms and conditions for the purchase and sale of goods, delivery, payment, cancellation of orders and complaints.

6. Conclusion of a purchase and sale contract - The contract is considered concluded from the moment of confirmation of the order by the client through the site. By sending an order, the client agrees to the General Terms and Conditions and must provide accurate contact and delivery details.
7. Order processing - Orders received by 2:00 p.m. on a business day, are processed the same day. Orders after this time are processed the next business day. Changes and cancellations of an order are accepted within two hours after confirmation.
8. Delivery - Delivery of goods is carried out by a courier company to the address specified by the customer, or to the courier's office. The delivery time is up to 48 hours on business days for available goods. In the event of unavailability, the customer is notified in a timely manner. All shipments are insured. Delivery prices are indicated on the website.
9. Refund period - When returning goods, "Forestkam" EOOD refunds the amount paid no later than 14 calendar days from the receipt of the returned goods, provided that they are in their original commercial condition.
10. Cancellation of an order and return of goods - The customer has the right to cancel the order within 30 calendar days from the receipt of the goods. The goods must be in an undamaged commercial condition and accompanied by all accessories and documents. The return costs are at the expense of the customer.
11. Complaints - Complaints are accepted within 14 days of receipt of the goods. The goods must be in good commercial condition. The complaint is registered in accordance with the Bulgarian Consumer Protection Act.
12. Warranties - All offered goods have a warranty period determined by the manufacturer. The warranty is void in case of improper use.
13. Safety - The user is obliged to familiarize himself with the conditions for safe operation of the purchased goods. "Forestcam" EOOD is not responsible for improper operation.

REFUND POLICY
1. Right of withdrawal and return of goods According to the Consumer Protection Act, the client has the right to withdraw from the distance contract without giving a reason within 30 calendar days from the date of receipt of the goods.
2. Conditions for return:
The goods must be returned in an undamaged commercial condition: with original packaging, without traces of use, scratches or damage.
All accompanying documents must be attached to the goods - warranty card (if any), invoice/cash receipt and instructions for use.
The costs of returning the goods are at the expense of the client, unless there is an error on the part of "Forestcam" EOOD.
3. Deadline and method of refund After receiving and checking the returned goods, "Forestcam" EOOD refunds the amount paid no later than 14 calendar days from the date of receipt of the returned goods.
Refunds are made by bank transfer, unless the customer has expressly requested another method.
DELIVERY POLICY
1. Order processing All orders received by 2:00 p.m. on business days are processed the same day. Orders received after this time or on a non-business day are processed the next business day.
2. Delivery time:
For available goods: within 48 hours within business days after confirmation and/or payment of the order.
For unavailable goods or those with a specific delivery time: the customer is notified promptly by phone call or email.
3. Delivery method - Delivery is made by courier company to the address or office of the courier specified by the customer. All shipments are insured for the full value.
4. Delivery prices - Delivery prices are
indicated on the website www.spyboar.com and are automatically added to the value of the order upon finalization.
5.Tracking shipments - Customers receive a waybill number and shipment tracking information via email or SMS.
6.Delivery problems - In the event of a delay or problem with the shipment, "Forestcam" EOOD is committed to notifying the customer immediately and assisting in timely resolution of the situation.
PRIVACY POLICY
