“Forestcam”LTD guarantees full confidentiality of private information of its clients and declares that they will not be used for undesignated purposes , which are as follows:
-making contact with customer when making purchase and all the details about it and all delivery and payment methods;
-filling in the given data from the customer for the emittion the information needed about the purchase;
-filling in all of the needed customer data for invoice or other documents;
-filling in all the given consumer information for the guarantee card following the bought product ( if the product has guarantee card)
3. Purchase Agreement
All comercial relationships between the customer and “Forestcam” LTD begin when the purchase from the user is sent which means:after the filling in of all the personal and business data , with agreement with all terms of use for selling and buing of goods and/or services from “Forestcam” LTD through the online store of the following address www.spayboar.com.
4. Purchase execution
The execution of the purchase starts in the moment of the act of purchase.If the purchase is made until 16:00 h on the day it is made , it will be proceeded on the same day.If the order is made after 16:00 h or on non working day or after working time , the order will be procceeded on the next working day or in the beggining of the next week.If there is any change in the value of the ordered items , on the purchase period till the delivery from the customer , the customer pays the whole price of the goods that have been ordered.
5. Change or Reject Order
The customer has the right to change the order or to refuse it in two hours time from the payment of the goods to “Forestcam”LTD. If there is a change in the order , the customer is not obligated to buy items for the same value or goods from the same make.If an invoice is published , the same is annulated or credit notice is been disclosed.If the payment is done , it is recovered to the customer.If the customer has received the goods and wants to reject the order , the customer is obligated to send the goods back to “Forestcam” LTD as well he will have to pay the transport expenses on the two ways.
6. Shipment tracking
“Forestcam”LTD is obligated to track the movement of the ordered goods after bringing them to the courier company.The user has the right to be informed for the shipment location , time left untill it is delivered and the tracking number. In case the shipment is delayed by the courier company “Forestcam”LTD is obligated to inform the customer , immediately after there is a delay signal by the courier company.All shipments are insured on the whole value and in case of loss from the courier company “Forestcam”LTD is obligated to send back new shipment.
7. Delivery
The customer receives the purchased goods on the same delivery address or to the nearest courier office.In the moment of delivery the customer receives goods with corresponding guarantee card ( if the purchased goods have guarantee)
The delivery period of the ordered goods/services is 48 hours on working days from the payment date , in case the goods/services are in stock.If the ordered goods is not in stock or/and is with expressly mentioned terms of delivery , the customer will be notified for the terms of delivery when the purchase is done.

8. Refusal of shipment delivery
The user has the right to decline the contract and to send back the delivery in 40 working days time from the moment of receiving the shipment which is mentioned in the courier company documents , working with “Forestcam”LTD . The customer is obligated to pay the delivery price to address given from “Forestcam”LTD. The returned goods must not be damaged or be with impaired commercial appearance: goods must have their original package , documents , accessories , operating system and not to have any scratches on the outer appearance.The returned goods must have all the original package accessories.“Forestcam”LTD is obligated to recover the whole value of the purchase of the goods not later than 30 days from the moment of rejection of the signed contract according to ЗЗП Чл. 55. ал.6.
9. Reclamations
Reclamations about any bought goods from “Forestcam”LTD are received if they are made until 40 working days period , as the company is obligated to write them on the following register according to член 127 ал.2 от ЗЗП . Reclamations are received only of the goods are not damaged : goods must have their original package , documents , accessories , operating system and not to have any scratches on the outer appearance
10. Safety Precautions
Before the use of every item , the customer is obligated to acquaint with all applied specific conditions for safe working of the product.If the following is not done “Forestcam”LTD is not responsible about any damages or impaired guarantee in case of incorrect usage from a bought product from the online shop.
11. Guarantee
The guarantee is valid when all the exploatation conditions of the following goods are complied and not including any damages made from intentional faults form the customer.
The guarantee of the goods and services offered from the online store of “Forestcam”LTD is made according to the guarantee terms , given from the manufacturer.
