The DOG ARMOR V3® dog protection vest by CANIHUNT is designed for hunting defensible cloven-hoofed game.
Thanks to its multiple features, it offers ultra-performance technical characteristics, as well as maximum comfort for the dogs.
The new version V3 is equipped with a fabric of the Swiss brand SCHOELLER® of the type KEPROTECT® on the entire back part. This replaces the replaceable back flap with zipper. The new back flap is now permanently attached.
The fabric is 84% polyamide and 16% Kevlar® brand aramid, making the back panel all the more abrasion and tear resistant.
The fluorescent orange color makes the hunting dog very visible in the field.

FEATURES RIPSTOP FABRIC
The outer cover fabric of the vest DOG ARMOR V3® is a CORDURA 1100 DTEX with RIPSTOP structure. It is almost untearable, resists the most abrasive and aggressive conditions and guarantees the dogs a very great mobility thanks to its extreme suppleness.
This fabric is treated with 2 induction layers, making the vest water repellent and almost waterproof. As a result, the puncture-resistant fabric is also protected from moisture and UV radiation. A particularly durable sewing thread has been selected to prevent rapid wear.

The vest is made of 3 layers of puncture-resistant fabric on the back (thorax) and 2 layers on the front (neck), thus withstanding the blows of wild boars.
This fabric is equipped with an anti-trauma fabric that allows the impulse wave of the impact to be distributed over a larger area, unlike ordinary fabric.
HEAT REGULATINGOUTLAST® LINING:
Consisting of microcapsules, the lining creates a constant microclimate on the skin.
VELCRO® CLOSURES:
In order to always guarantee the best quality of our products, Canihunt has integrated a Velcro® brand closure in its closure systems.

RUBBERINSERT:

SIZE GUIDE:
Select the size of the DOG ARMOR V3 ® Vest by measuring the chest circumference (A) at the widest circumference of the chest. A size allowance appropriate to the breed of dog is used for optimal mobility in use.
We offer different sizes of jackets, which are easily identifiable as they relate to the chest size of your dog.
To choose the right vest size simply measure around your dog's chest. The other dimensions are standardised, based on the chest size, but this is the most essential measurement as the collar and the belly can be adjusted with velcro.
Measure the dog's chest very precisely (using a flexible tape measure or a piece of string) to establish the exact size. Make sure the tape measure is not too tight, it should just skim the dog's coat.
NEVER BUY A JACKET IN A SIZE BIGGER THANK YOUR DOG BECAUSE THE JACKET CAN RUB AS THE DOG MOVES, CAUSING INJURY TO THE DOG'S FRONT LEGS.
For example:
Size T70 correspond to the dog's chest measurement of 65cm. By removing the additional zip fastening it then measures 62cm. Thanks to the additional chest kit the jacket can be extended by 3 cm or even 6 cm.
If your dog measures 62cm when you measure his as described above, you should choose T65.
The smallest size corresponds to the chest size 45cm, such as Teckel, and the following sizes go up in 5 cm increment, ie T45, T50, T55, T65, T70, T75, T80, T85. Size T85 corresponds to a type of dog such as Grand Blue da Gascogne.
