The Fish Smoker allows you to cook all kinds of fish extremely easily, both at home and outdoor. Prepare an incredibly tasty and healthy meal with minimal effort. The fish smoker is made of stainless steel in Finnish technology with powder-coated frame.
The fish smoker comes with three fuel nozzles with a combustion regulator, which allows indoor use. The three nozzles are in two parts, placing flammable gel or alcohol in them, and with the flap adjusting the fire. All kinds of wood chips are suitable for better smoke flavor.
Never use coniferous wood shavings.
The smoker can only be used for hot smoking, both fish and mussels and all kinds of meat. It is not intended for cold smoking. Depending on the strength of the fire and the quantity of fish, it becomes ready for about 1 hour. It is not necessary to use other spices, except salt, because in the smoking process the fish acquire a characteristic aroma and taste.
