1. After switching on the power supply, slide the switch to the "CHARGE" position. Insert the batteries into the sockets. The LEDs light up.
2. Check the charge level. The check is made after the switch is moved to the "TEST" position. If the battery is of type AA, AAA, C, D, place it in the socket closest to the indicator. 9V type in the slot farthest to the indicator.
Be careful about the direction of polarity when inserting the batteries. Do not hold on for more than 14-16 hours.
